HARD CHROME PLATING produces a very hard, durable, abrasive and corrosion resistant surface on such items as:
 
  • Pin / Shafts
  • Rotary Manifolds
  • Feed Rolls / Screws
  • Cutting Blades
  • Bearing Areas
  • Blowers
  • Slides / Guides
  • Valve Spools / Seats
  • Wear Plates
  • Nozzles / Restrictors
  • Dies / Molds
  • Seal / Bearing Surface

Various shapes and sizes of steels, stainless steels, and iron can be hard chrome plated in thicknesses from .0005" to over .030".  Surfaces can be ground and polished to provide a finish of 16 RMS maximum and a hardness of 69-71 Rockwell.

SPECIALIZED COATINGS are offered to build up, corrosion / wear resistance including submerged arc welding, and flame spray application of stainless steel, iron base, aluminum bronze, nickel, tungsten, and various other alloys.
